Ushering
The first face people see. Make it warm.

About this ministry
Ushers are the first face people see and the reason the room holds order — seating, offering, directions, and the quiet logistics that let a service flow. Warmth is the job description; the rest is technique.
A first-time visitor should be found before they're lost. If you read a room well and serve it better, this team is for you.
